REFUND POLICY, PRIVACY POLICY, TERMS OF SERVICE
  1. REFUND POLICY

SECTION 1 – PRODUCT RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Please contact us for more details. Typically these are those which are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 working amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at gwenpiddington@no10beauty.com and send your item to: No.10 Ltd, 10 Market Street Okehampton, Devon , EX20 3JN

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

SECTION 2 - HAIR AND BEAUTY TREATMENT RETURNS

Any claims for a replacement treatment should be made at the time of the treatment and resolved with a senior member of staff or Owner. We are unable to process refunds after the treatment has been delivered and the customer has left the store.

Beauty Treatment Information

When completing any beauty treatment such as a massage No.10 Ltd require you to complete a Beauty Treatment Consultation Form, during this process No.10 Ltd will collect the following information.

  • Your Name
  • Your Address
  • Your Postcode
  • Your Home Telephone Number
  • Your Mobile Telephone Number
  • Your Email Address
  • Aspects of your Medical Record:
  • Your Doctor’s Name and Address
  • Previous Medical Treatments and Reasons For Treatment
  • Previous Medical History with specific tick boxes for the following:
    • Heart conditions/pacemaker
    • Severe circulatory disorders/DVT

When completing any beauty treatment such as a wax treatment that requires a patch test, No.10 Ltd will require you to complete a Patch Test:

Subscribing To No.10 Ltd Newsletters

When subscribing to our newsletters to receive marketing material from us including Newsletters and updates containing guest articles, latest offers and product information, we collect the following information from you:

We refer to this information as “Subscriber Information”.

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information, Order Information, Treatment Information and Subscriber Information.

We use the Subscriber Information that we collect to send you relevant information from No.10 Ltd, including newsletters, guest articles, and to provide you with offers on treatments and products.

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above.

The exception to this being stock imagery which is used for the hair and beauty treatment services. This is not No.10 Ltd salon photography. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

It is the clients responsbility to ensure that he or she provide No.10 Ltd with all relevant medical details prior to each treatment. No.10 will not be liable for any damage that occurs asa result of the client's failure to disclose such details.

The client agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them by, or on behalf of, No.10 Ltd regarding the care of treated area. 

SECTION 14 - INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless No.10 Ltd and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

SECTION 16 - TERMINATION

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.

These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.

If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

SECTION 17 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to The Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).

Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party. 

SECTION 18 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of 10 Market Street Okehampton, Devon EX20 3JN.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes. 

SECTION 20 - DISCOUNT POLICY

All discount on product, hair and beauty treatment sales are subject to availability and can be withdrawn at any time without prior warning. All hair and beauty treatments must be delivered by the validity date published at the time of the promotion.

SECTION 21 - APPOINTMENTS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

No.10 Ltd reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for any bookings which is placed and not attended. This is valid across free of charge bookings where no payment is made and bookings where payment has been taken upfront.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact No.10 Ltd immediately on 01837 811 888 or gwenpiddigton@no10beauty.com. Failure to cancel and rearrange a minimum of 24 hours in advance of your appointment will result in a minimum charge of 50% cancellation fee of the total treatment cost. This will increase the closer you inform No.10 to the appointment start time to a maximum of 100% charge.

Please arrive for appointments at least 10 minutes in advance of your booking. Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or forfeiting of the appointment. No.10 Ltd will endeavour to ensure that your appointment runs to time; however, should No.10 Ltd need to cancel or postpone your appointment at short notice, they will make every effort to contact you in advance. No.10 Ltd will not be liable for any customer expenses in the event or cancellation or postponement. 

Prior to your appointment No.10 Ltd will inform you of any preparation required in advance of your hair or beauty treatment such as patch test. If you choose to not complete this a minimum of 48 hours in advance of your hair or beauty treatment time, No.10 Ltd cannot complete the appointment and this will result in a full charge. 

Any client who requires treatment and brings a child with them must also be accompanied by another adult to chaperone the child whist the client is being treated The only exemption to this rule is if pre approved by No.10 Ltd. Please contact No.10 Ltd for more details.

No children under the age of 16 must be left unattended within the salon at any time. without prior approval of No.10 Ltd.

SECTION 22 - TREATMENT SUITABILITY

No.10 Ltd will always assess whether treatment is suitable for you, or likely to be successful, prior to any treatment being carried out. If not, they will inform you as to the reasons why. You will only be liable for the cost of the initial consultation, where applicable.
